Extremely horrible. I've order few times the road with this app and every time I was waiting for over 10 minutes for driver, but at the end they all cancelled me. All of my rides was made different dates and different locations. Is so annoying when you have on your bank account money only for the ride and at the end you just walking, because you have to waiting so long for refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use DG cars or Uber. You'll spend few £more, but you'll be sure you'll get your taxi.

It's cheaper than grab, by almost half, so it's great price wise. An issue I'm having is that my bank doesn't trust the payment system so I have to verify EVERY payment through my banking app, and by the time I do, the time for a ride has gone up. Also, the pick-up points have often been on roads where the driver can not go, which has been very annoying. Otherwise I would have given it a higher rating.
