Extremely unfriendly system, impossible to log in. Can't retrieve access code, can't reset password, can't do anything. Even the website I'm brought to doesn't work, I enter the CAPTCHA, it refreshes, I type in the new CAPTCHA, it remains blank,it doesn't allow me to type. Finally when I refresh the page a few times, and redo it multiple times,it progresses to the next stage,telling me my information is incorrect and I've exceeded number of tries when it's my first attempt that had some reaction

Terrible app, endless bugs. Blocks access by stating some app is sharing screen, but ended up is just some app is on their ban list after I called customer service. No way to know what app caused this, was asked to send all apps' screenshots to them. Need 7 days working days to resolve. Ended up I rebooted phone, issue resolved. Btw without app = cannot use OneToken = cannot transfer > 1k. What a joke of a bank app.

As with many of the other users who have recently reviewed this app, the Android 10 update has rendered it unusable. I couldn't log into my app so tried reinstalling it, and it got even worse. After I've entered my access code and pin, it tells me to log in using the OneToken by clicking on the mobile banking app. But when I tried doing so, it tells me that it hasn't been set up and asks me to log in and do so through settings. This is simply unviable.
