Terrible for so many reasons. The drop off point is always 1 km or more away in Thailand. It doesn't understand the addresses. Half of the drivers refuse to pick me up. They won't cancel so they can get a free cancel fee. Then I reorder and I get blocked. I am traveling on a sim card I can't get text messages. Then drivers ask to cancel ride and get paid cash. Not safe at all.

Hello, Can you remove the "pressing twice" to go back in Bolt app please? It is really annoying. Or can you tell me how to deactivate this function? Many things to improve in this app: we can't save favorite places except Home, we can't see the BTS/MRT stations on the map, we can't change the pick up location while waiting for the driver, we can't change the destination during the trip. Can you improve please? :)

The worst customer support I have ever experienced - I've bought 3 day pass from app, it worked for exactly one day, on day two I was unable to unlock scooter when app tried to charge more money - after an hour of texting with customer support which solved nothing, they just decided to ignore me and never get back to me. When it works, it's fine, when it doesn't work, hope for the best. I've encountered their customer support previously, they were rude but at least they solved issue.
