Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

Never consistent. Never available. Unable to process the user's request. When it prompts you to visit the actual site vs the app, it's unsuccessful at logging you in. It's 2025 & I haven't seen any progress on this program since we were converted to it. The options for obtaining information, statements, and assistance (both human & tech) are limited to null. Highly disappointing overall & not worth the space it takes on your PC or mobile device.

lots of times I try to log in and the message pops up and says they can't give me my info right now. that is so frustrating when that is the entire reason I have the app. I check my balance before buying things, and then I have to go thru the hassle of getting the card out and doing it manually while I standing in line. aggravating.

*Update* It's been 2 years since my initial review and the only difference is the number of other people vocalizing their complaints. Of course, nothing's been fixed. *Original* Is there any purpose to having an app if it's unusable? Just when I thought Way2Go couldn't get any worse, it outdid itself. Sending me to the equally inaccessible website. And don't be misguided by the "helpline" number on your card because that, too, is an endless loop of nothing.
