WHAT A JOKE!!!! Trying to activate my card via the app. Phone verification done. When I try to log in to the app in order to cash a check, it tells me I need to activate my card either manually or have the app scan it in. I have done it both ways. Tells me "Something went wrong. Please try again" when entering card info manually. Then tried to scan it in and it keeps telling me "We were not able to capture the card." It has been centered perfectly in order to capture it!!!!!!

so far the app is easy to navigate and applying money was super simple. so so far so good comparatively to most that make it very complicated in order to add money or just general usage. easy to figure out, so far I like it. if it changes then I'll update this. otherwise I definitely suggest this card and app. for those of us that need a card but can't easily get a bank account but need the same type of perks of having one.

Even since the app was updated I have not been able to access my account as the login keeps giving me an error message. I have tried the password reset link and that function doesn't work, and it makes no sense as I have it set to use my phones biometrics to log in. Very frustrated as I can't access any statements, account info, etc.
