Ratings and reviews

Can't access all the features needed by using the app. Need to change a person pay rate and the app doesn't have that as an option. Try to go to the website and login and it forces you to the app. Very frustrating service that everything has to be done from an app that doesn't have any features. Obviously the app developer doesn't read ratings either. Or it would have been fixed long ago after reading other ratings. Do away with the app so we can go to the website. So dumb

I have been with adp for many years and recently they did an update and I now cannot log on to the run powered by adp mobil app.I spoke with client services n they had me reinstall app, change password and nothing works. I installed app on a different device and it works but not on my device. Adp said they would call me back , 2 days later and no call back

Has not worked the past couple weeks. Everytime I click on sign in, it opens a mobile browser, texts me a code to confirm my number, and then opens up the regular adp app instead of run. It shouldn't be this hard to process my employees hours.
