I like that it saves previous orders, and that my most ordered items appear near the top. ordering is easy and intuitive. my biggest complaint is that I will get texts that items from my order aren't available, but when I go into the app I can't see which items weren't available. it will show the status and the items are tiny images with no indication what's missing. this is extremely frustrating because I build my list in the app so I don't even know what's missing. aggravating

Good for ordering w/o delivery. Everything will be fine with this app as long as nothing goes wrong with delivery. if something os missing, or Instacart just refuses to deliver no one will contact you then good luck getting your delivery fee and tip back. I will literally never order delivery through the GIANT app again. Instacart is one of the worst companies I've ever tried to interact with, and now GIANT owns that as part of their business model. Awful.

I've been a Giant customer for years and have been using this app for years. several times a year it denies me access because of excessive scrolling. Scrolling is the only way to select all the "digital coupons" and advertised deals. it used to be all you needed was your little key tag that the cashier would scan. My elderly mother dosen't use the app because it's too much! So the app is currently denying me access. Hoping when I arrive at the grocery store I can still take advantage of the adve
