Ratings and reviews

Probably the best fast food app out there: it doesn't lag forever or crash constantly. AND you can track delivery orders (go to your email & click on "Track My Order"). My only complaint is that it's often unclear what you can change because there aren't different colors or anything. For example, the "order type" default is "in-store pickup." You can click on it to change to delivery, curbside, or drive-thru, but it's easy to miss because it's not obvious that the text is clickable.

Just use the drive thru: it's faster. They make you park and come into the store to pick up your order: even though I got here on time (6 minutes from ordering) it's been an extra ten on top waiting on it while the drive through gets priority: the point of mobile ordering is supposed to be convenience. There's no reason they can't just give you your mobile ordered food for pickup in the drive through but it's policy. Also, app requires you to opt into all their emails to register: annoying.

No option to say "here" for curbside so the store never brings it out unless they happen to see you. Which after 15 minutes they didn't. Edit: turns out they email you a link instead of just having it in the app. Still 1 star for a stupid design. Another Update: It seems they have added an "I'm here" button to the app, but according to the restaurant it doesnt tell the store you are there for your order, so still just as useless.
