The combination of Rogers modem and this app is a nightmare! All of a sudden I couldn't connect to WiFi for no reason. I had to connect via LAN and restore WiFi settings to connect. Now I'm connected to the WiFi but can't change the settings through the app! And hey Rogers team, what were you thinking by disabling "Broadcast Network Name" setting on the modem console and forcing us to set it by this meaningless app??!

We'd like to know more about the problem, as well as the app version and device details, so that we can work toward a resolution. Please post the details on our App board: https://roge.rs/2YYdIXe. ^ms

I've used this previously and it worked perfectly well back then. We moved and had to leave Rogers but was excited to start back up with them however it's been a nightmare trying to access this app! It goes around in an endless circle of asking me for my credentials and the page getting refreshed when I add it in!

Hello Supriya! We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience since returning to us. :( When trying to access this app, do you already have your new modem set-up? If not, the app won't work properly. Otherwise, please try downloading the app from scratch and retest. Keep us posted! :) ^yc

Garbage app, it doesn't even work. I had enough problems trying to get the correct information in order to hook up my internet to find out that I had to finish the setup on the app that is apparently down. Took 3 phone calls in total to customer service and a transfer to support to get internet access.
