Local transfer stopped working for about a month already. Can't type in amount to transfer. I've tried everything suggested - restart device, clearing cache and reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, and I'm super surprised that a banking company can leave such a bug online for such a long time!

The app sucks. Whenever the scam alert comes on, I can't close the alert and it impedes me from carrying out my online transaction. I often get the app shutting down in the midst of a transaction as well, I have never come across a banking app that is so substandard. Another issue is the pages on the app cannot load, I often got to start the logging in process all over again. The entire team of tech guys behind the OCBC app should look for another job.

Extremely unfriendly system, impossible to log in. Can't retrieve access code, can't reset password, can't do anything. Even the website I'm brought to doesn't work, I enter the CAPTCHA, it refreshes, I type in the new CAPTCHA, it remains blank,it doesn't allow me to type. Finally when I refresh the page a few times, and redo it multiple times,it progresses to the next stage,telling me my information is incorrect and I've exceeded number of tries when it's my first attempt that had some reaction
