Ratings and reviews

While I enjoy the Boly scooters and most of the app experience, it takes FAR too long to load. For instance, when I go on a longer ride and the app closes, it takes up to 30s for the app to load and for me to end my ride. While 30s isn't a huge deal as a one off, it consistently taking that long means I'm paying a lot more over time than is necessary. Also, having it say "Made in Europe" on that loading screen is not having the positive effect I think you thought it would.

Can't find a driver multiple times, then asks if I want to pay for faster pickup. (Doubt driver gets fast fee.) When it finally finds a driver, they are halfway finished with their current drop and typically need to drive further to pick me up than the distance I am paying to go. Drivers are all great. Company is sketchy. Still need to reconcile charges against actual rides due to billing prior to service. Sketchy also.

I'd love to rate this app higher, as it's been useful in getting better rates than Grab at some points in my travel, however, I have had three times where I pinned the address of my destination only to arrive at a completely different location, then having to get another taxi service to get me to the correct location (all in Thailand).
