Ratings and reviews

This doesn’t work. I upgraded to try to use Gemini in Sheets. Whenever I click on the Gemini button within Sheets, it just sends me to another page where I can only upgrade to an even higher tier! Second, the pricing is misleading. On the ad, it said I was currently paying £2.89 and this would cost £3.49, so I’m thinking “great, only ~ £1 more per month”. But that was only the cost of the difference to be charged to me. Nowhere does it say I’ll be paying £7 per month!! scam.

Could be a lot better. I would like both the app and the online experience to integrate better with the OS of the device. Whether this be iOS, windows or android. I find the whole things a bit clunky. I also find upload speeds slow even if I use mobile, home computer or a friend's Hyperopic 1Gb upload it all seems the same speed, not great if uploading lots of data. I used to use one drive for work and this was great. You could have this as a file system on your PC or Mac and it worked great.

Great when it's working. An utter nightmare from hell if it's not. Google support for ANY kind of issues is truly appalling and takes massive amount of time, frustration and redirections that serve Google, not their customer. Great when it's working. May the good Lord help you if you have any kind of issues. If that sounds like too much, use a different product where they're even just a little more present when you need them.
