It's been good but now I have this problem occured. Update link, it tells me but how?? Authentication error was showing up several weeks ago after I tried changing my password. I have tried changing my password again after fault arose, but this hasn't corrected the fault. I appear to be receiving email by the usual notification method which was always successful, but now touching on the notification no longer takes me to the email. It's a minor inconvenience. I haven't a clue how to fix this.

The app is broken and does not ever sync IMAP accounts in the background. All settings are correct, it just doesn't do it, thus making it useless because I don't know when I get an email. I have to manually open the app and pull down on the inbox. Regarding the response. I don't have insecure apps, and that link just redirects to Google homepage.

Used to love it but it's been broken by updates, search is busted, it can't find emails that are from a few days back (previous versions could find emails months back and didn't even require a complete key word). Also you can no longer search for a bunch of emails go into one (to see the contents) and come out and return to results, it resets. The need to turn email into a WhatsApp like thread is a headache too ,whereby drafted emails often go to the middle of the thread.
