Ratings and reviews

I like the round up option of Chase, but what I really DON'T like, is, when I open the app and it shows me an amount of money on my account, which is NOT correct, as latest spending are never deducted. Not even on the next day. I have to tap on this amount to see transactions and only then the available amount on account decreases. It can increase when receiving money, but not decrease after spending... Totally annoying when I quickly want to check if I have enough money on account!

The app hasn't worked for over a month. Currently its crashing and has a blank screen, previously it didn't show my savings account and didn't allow me to transfer money. Im now at the point of closing my accounts (but I cant do that at the moment because I cant access the account!). Because why have a bank that you cant access and whom cant trust with your money? I echo someone else's review that chase seem to have no urgency to resolve, even though we literally cant access our money.

It was a great app until recently when now, I cannot load or access my savings accounts and cannot load anything else further than the first screen. I had to find support number on Google to call as help/support chat would not load on the actual app to be told to wait another 24 hours and still nothing has changed. it has become from great to that worse banking app I've used. very disappointing.

What’s new
