Ratings and reviews

I like the ease and convenience of ordering online and being able to just go and pick up. However, I really get frustrated with certain items being listed as delivery only. The point of ordering pick up is so I don't have to go inside the store. I don't think you should make things inconvenient by making items delivery only. It makes me want to go to another store for my groceries.

Terrible app interface. Never works right and full list of available products do not come up when looking for substitutions. Edit: no, that certainly doesn't help developer- I have tried that many times over. It's absolutely something to do with the coding, as it is happening across the board to your customers on at least android, which is apparent by the other reviews. Thanks for the "tip" though!

I have used this app for years, and it's slowly become unusable.Mosr of the time it won't load, when it does, I can't add stuff to my cart, and half the time I can't clip the available coupons. It shows expired coupons, instead of new ones. And if I get passes all of this, get what I need in the cart and the cousins clipped, it bugs out when I try to check out. I love the store and the products, but I've started using the website because the app is just too much of a hassle anymore.
