Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Overpromised and under performing. Expensive cameras. It was supposed to get better with the new *AI makes everything better* version but same problems exist. Videos cant be viewed quickly. Records rain but not other motion. I need to see who's at my gate right away after an alert. It's akin to getting the caller id and voicemail after you missed a call. Frustrating and feel less safe. We have to rely on multiple cameras in the hopes that one will work and we can see who's there.

11/1/2025 - the app is completely unuseable now? There is no functionality or my previously connected devices. Why have they done this? The app has definitely improved since first downloading it. I would suggest that the ability to do more than media option at the end of routines be added. For example, I'd like to hear a news briefing, a specific podcast, and then play music. Keep up the great work!! :)
