STAY AWAY!! GreenDot is NOT a reputable company. Your money will be stuck in this useless app because it refuses to connect to ANY external bank account - can't even connect manually because the routing number comes back as invalid. Support is responsive, but useless. They don't understand what the issue is, and keep telling me my transactions are fine 🤦. If you're ok with keeping all your Amazon Flex pay on a shady debit card with questionable security, then go right ahead. I'm done with this.

Cash back and instant pay from AF is great. However, my balance is randomly wrong by weird amounts. It sometimes fixes itself and sometimes doesn't. I started using an excel sheet to record my balance and transactions and I'm still $100 short. Amazon Flex said it is correct, so I have to wait weeks for my statement to see what the issue is. There is no way I'm incorrect using the information on the app. Either the info is wrong or my balance is wrong. Either way I'm done with this headache app.

This app is absolutely garbage. For some reason, it has the wrong phone number for verification...a very old number I no longer have. Try to have an email sent for verification...that just doesn't work period. I call customer service... they can't change it to the right phone number over the phone. They flagged my account and told me I should be able to verify through email in a few days and it STILL DOESN'T WORK. IT NEVER SENDS THE EMAIL.
