Can't even sign up. At the password screen the message just says "6 characters" for both fields. If it's less than six, it will say it's too short, but no combination of anything else would it let me register, not with numbers, symbols, caps, nothing. It only said "6 characters" and wouldn't let me register.

The app works mostly okay but there is no recourse for transactions that fail to transmit to the store. The confirmation email says to contact the store, the store can't do anything with online / app orders since they are handled through DoorDash. Chatting with DoorDash they are unable to assist you since the order was not placed on their app or platform. Blake's is good but the app is not well designed.

Every time I've ordered, I've gotten my food. There's no issue there. The drinks however I don't get. I've ordered coffee and an orange juice with my orders, and I don't get those drinks. I understand short staffed and busy times I genuinely do. This isn't the first time, and it's incredibly frustrating when you pay $20+ and change for drinks and food and just get food. I'm not thrilled with this one bit.
