Can you please update this app? This is such a poor representation of Fideliscare. Your customers rely on you guys and honestly deserve better than this. Every time I open the app it feels like I time traveled back 20 years.

Can't get on it keeps asking for the email and password then sends a new verification code. Isn't working on the desk top either.

Doesn't work .. app created by a 10 year old ... This is what happens when corporations hires an CEO with no knowledge about technology then the CEO hires inexpensive college kid to make an app with 2 hours .. "Unable to connect to server. Please try again later." .. GENIUSES .. I AM CHANGING insurance to a smarter company!
