Ratings and reviews

App is fine, well written and functional. However, having to pay €13 just to realize it's not enough to buy the €12 package you wanted, and then having to spend another €13 just to be able to, reminds me of old salesmen' tactics from the 90s. Annoyingly enough, you then realize you can't move the leftover money to another line. Money being per line and not per account is unacceptable. Cosmote could focus on infrastructure and services instead of trying to squeeze out pennies from leftovers.

Not only is this App horrible. (Like not excepting certain cards) - Cosmote does not allow you to pay over the phone. And if they double charge you it can take 4+ weeks to get it returned. I have spoken to... literally...8 or 9 people and 2 in store. Everyone has a different story. If you call - select English - someone who does not know English says "call you back"

The bill is not displayed on the main page as you would expect. You have to do serious digging on the app to find it. As a result, I missed paying my bill for 3 months and I ended up disconnected from the services. Also the fiber Internet is a joke, slower than a dial-up connection but hey, the bill is getting bigger every month so good news for Cosmote: more money for slow services
