With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily:

To get started, download the app and sign in with your kp.org account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can also create your online account in the app.

Ratings and reviews

The pharmacy section keeps asking for feedback. this is annoying. writing messages to my doc has a character limit that is often too small. The list of doc to message in the message section is ordered by their first names, which I often do not know. There is no way to resort or filter the list. filtering by speciality or recentency visit, would be nice. Login often fails due to backend server issues. App can be slow

This app sucks when it comes to the pharmacy. It will not allow me to change from shipping to pick up. Constantly searches and never let's you enter a zip code. Doesn't pull up any locations. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Please fix this! Now I have to go there and wait for them to fill 3 scrips, instead of ordering ahead to pick up. Thus spreading grems longer. Yikes!

Almost impossible to load a photo and send it. Actually, yet to get it to work (3 days). I'm sure on their end it works best by forcing you to select from a drop down menus - cumbersome, slow and painful from our end. You can't even select more than one recipient. Definetely needs an upgrade. The rest has been really good & I'd say equal to my chart app I'm used to using.
