Great app, but a wee bit heavy on the ads. And OMG, why does the countdown timer go so fast? I think it must be timed for people who are much shorter than I am; there's no way I can get through the full range of motion for a military press, for example, at the speed this thing counts. True for every exercise. -1 point from Hufflepuff. ETA: Dev pointed out tiny button within the animated video to slow down count time. I never saw it before, had to hunt to find it even with the description.

Hi, thanks for using our app. Please note that we provide a function to adjust the movement and counting speed in the app. When you are exercising, you can tap the "1x" button at the bottom right of the animation to slow it down. I generally like the apps from this company. I am doing the flat belly one and that's going well. This one seems less organized. The time between sets is a bit short - I feel like there's more of a focus on cardio than on form and gains. -The prompts are less clear. -There's a variable-feeling gap between "start" and "rep number one". -Some exercises move to quick. Pre-movnt descriptions are sloppy.

Love, love, love!! I use 3 apps from this company, including the plank and Female Body Fitness which has a wide variety of high cardio workouts but, I still use the others for switching things up. The ads are minimal and I paid for full ownership of most apps because they are awesome and I just wanted to support the team. Your body will hurt and you need to be persistent. If it is too hard, pause or skip to the next...but don't give up! Great job guys!! Xoxo
