so far the app is easy to navigate and applying money was super simple. so so far so good comparatively to most that make it very complicated in order to add money or just general usage. easy to figure out, so far I like it. if it changes then I'll update this. otherwise I definitely suggest this card and app. for those of us that need a card but can't easily get a bank account but need the same type of perks of having one.

Banking with Go2Bank was good for about two years, until I moved to another state. Experience problems for about two months, then my card was locked and account closed because of an automated payment for one of my merchant accounts. I contacted the bank and before I could speak with an agent, they had already cancelled my debit card and was going to reissue another one. Such an inconvenience convenience for me. I told them to just close the account altogether and send me my money.

This bank account was at one time a great one to use. I had no issues at first but now it seems as though there is a problem every time I get a large deposit (every three months) . The problems have ranged from unauthorized purchases , charges posting more than once on my account, lost cards being delivered etc. I'm tired of having to worry of my money is safe and my bank is trust worthy. I'm sick of filing for disputes and losing money I have to track down to find and get back . Unacceptable!
