Ratings and reviews

Maps don't always give me accurate locations. It shows info/times from the day before driving, therefore not giving me accurate times and doesn't always show arrival time and km's traveled. Most times, it shows arrival time 4 to 5 hrs if at all, after I have arrived at my destination. Everything is on, i.e. accurate location. It is irritating as this info is critical for my work. I have even gone into my Google account, all setting seems ok. I don't know if anything has changed on maps??

Offline maps are a disaster. I've got the maps downloaded and voice packages installed but the app doesn't work when data is offline. Voice navigating becomes disabled and can only hear beeps. No route found. Your have to switch on data and then switch it off for something to start working. I don't see how offline maps can be offline if you need to use data!

I'll get right to it, in my profession as an undertaker, we need tools aka, apps, devices, etc, that makes our response times faster, effortless and to some extreme enjoyable, meaning, when you have an app telling you where to go, and you just know it's exact, no nonsense routes being advised to you, it's a pleasure doing what your doing. Google Maps, does just that ! It's never messed us around, Tok the long road, dropped us, failed on us , nothing! Everytime, all the time, spot on !
