App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Trying to do too much and it just keeps getting worse. That's generally fine if you don't use it much, but taking over for the FAR superior Nest app to doorbell/video notifications has been a total disaster. Notifs show up late (maybe not at all), and viewing video clips later to see what happened is an exercise in frustration. Can't easily click to see what happened, scrolling through the clips is painful, settings are now ... who knows where? Starting to research alternatives to Google...

Occasionally does not trigger, automation by group or room would be nice. Automations don't always trigger for some reason. Sometimes they trigger, but do not run to completion. When creating an automation, it would be nice to have the option to select a group or room instead of each device, such as when there are multiple lights in a chandelier.
