I added money to my Upi lite and closed it later but it's been days and my bank still didn't receive it. it's still pending.And when raising issue Or ticket it is showing this service is not available only asking for bank statement even when I told them it's not possible for me and replied than it won't be resolved and don't have any way out, even though problem is from their end that's why I have to resort to this comment

It's been over 4 years since the Flutter-based version was released, yet the app still feels very sluggish and jittery even on a flagship phone, especially during scrolling. What pisses me off the most is the fact it nudges me to migrate my UPI Number to GPay every once in a while. Add option to dismiss it permanently. There's also noticeable delay in loading transaction history — fix it. Also, it would be helpful if you could add an option to copy the transaction number to clipboard.

The worst customer service I have ever come across. Like they can't solve a simple issue. Useless fellows all they are saying is that their team has been working for 8 months on a simple issue. If you ever think of using an app. And for the 2nd time I faced the same issue again. Neither I received my money or there is any update from their side.
