I’m unable to receive money on Google Pay even though my number is linked with my bank account. Every time someone tries to send me money, it shows “Cannot pay this phone number. Pay using the receiver’s UPI ID.” I have already verified my number, re-added my bank account, and cleared cache, but the problem persists. It seems like my number is not mapped properly to UPI through the app. Please fix this issue urgently, as it causes major inconvenience in receiving payments.

The worst customer service I have ever come across. Like they can't solve a simple issue. Useless fellows all they are saying is that their team has been working for 8 months on a simple issue. If you ever think of using an app. And for the 2nd time I faced the same issue again. Neither I received my money or there is any update from their side.

One of the worst app ever used. I have made a recharge transaction with this worst app and the payment got failed but my amount got debited from my account and they didn't refunded it back to my account even after the given timeline. And these customer support people are just extending the time line and giving wrong commitments. Please be careful with your hard earned money. Better to use debit card or mobile banking app for hassle free use and at least we can contact the bankers.
