I've never had this experience with Gpay. But since a few days, whenever i try to make a payment, it fails even if the bank's server is not down temporarily or my network is running smoothly. And the same message pops up " Transaction failed. Refund within 2-3 days". I've tried different methods to fix this issue, but i ended up with more failed payments. Why don't they just fix it up?

GPay gave me a very bad experience. When I sent money through this app, it showed “Processing” on September 30, and then after a few days, it showed “Completed.” However, the cash was already debited from my account and credited to the recipient’s account on September 30 itself. Because of this, I couldn’t raise or report the issue to them at that time. So please, I kindly request you not to make any more transactions through this app. Please understand my situation.

I had an urgent emergency and needed to make an important payment. I installed Google Pay, added my bank account, and then got hit with the most illogical rule ever — if you add a new account, you can’t make payments over ₹5,000! What sense does this make? If someone is in a genuine emergency, what exactly is the point of installing Google Pay and adding a bank account, if it still won’t let you make a payment when you need it most? Google Pay really needs to rethink about this rule
