The hardware, the packaging is second to none. I started 3d printing in 2014. Decided to get a model and Print Printer. However, as impressed I am by the hardware, the software simply SUCKS, can't connect to a smart phone via Bluetooth in 2024 is unforgivable. What are we in, 2014? One of the silly suggestions is try another phone. How about I try another printer, that would be less of a hassle.

Hi there! Sorry for the hassle. You can try turning off your phone and then turning it back on, resetting the printer to factory settings and trying again.
If the issue still persists, could you drop an email to support@ankermake.com? I'm sure we can figure it out!Please share your ticket number if contacted earlier, for faster case resolution.

I'm using this with the M5. Its lacking in comparison to the windows desktop studio. First, the video sometimes work initially but if the phone goes to sleep or you navigate off the app, the video play/pause button disappears. Then comes printing from a phone is also a bit lacking as there isn't much customization that can be done to the print quality or editing how the file will be processed. Overall, I don't use the app anymore except to monitor the time remaining and the notifications.

Let me start off by saying that I really adore this app and my Ankermake M5. I've had a lot of issues with other machines and their apps in the past, and the Ankermake app is such a clean and enjoyable experience in comparison. On top of that, Ankermake's customer service is superb and very easy to work with. I had the printhead on my machine break due to a massive blob of filament, and they were more than happy to send me a replacement head free of charge. 10/10 ADD MOBILE SLICING!!!!!!
