Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

It constantly says there is an error when I try to log in. I have to put my finger print 3,4,5 times before it will let me get logged in., sometimes it doesn't work and I have to use my password. Sometimes that doesn't even work. I have had uninstall and reinstall the several times to get it to work for me. It is very frustrating when I need to unlock my card or to even check my balance.

This is the worst app I have ever used in terms of crashing/bugs/glitching. You can not log in at all, then the few times I can get it to log in, it IMMEDIATELY logs me out with a pop up message stating "you have been logged out for security due to 7 minutes of inactivity", but it's never even 7 minutes it happens the second I log in, then I'm back to fighting with it just to get it to let me log in again.

I'm giving the app 3 stars only because I have to force stop the app and restart my phone almost every time I try to use the app. This started about 6 months ago and I've had this for about a year and a half so I think it was after an update. It's really frustrating. The app itself is of minimal use other than checking your balance. There are not many options. I don't like it at all that I'm not able to lock my card!
