One day suddenly the application due to bugs deleted my account, in which I had points , my personal cards and payment methods .When I tried to log in again it just created a new account.The customer service did nothing about it nor the issue was solved. And they didn't refund my lost points.

Gave it a try again after years. Its 2024 now and there isn't a filter for sorting restaurants by distance. Is this the best you can do for a food service app? Probably they gave up on this app. Edit: 2025 and the copy/paste is still bugged for those that do not want to save their card info inside the app. Now it's confirmed, they indeed gave up on this app.

Never using those apps again. Prefer calling the restaurant myself or even going there to pick up rather than having some greedy corporation exploit me, the restaurant and the delivery together just because they can!
