Update 6/2/24: Setting Area Activity Zones is beyond frustrating. At first I thought it was my fat fingers. I then tried using a stylus to move the points of the areas to cover, and there was no improvement. God help you if you have two zones to edit on the same screen. The app is clunky. Some of the camera settings are under one menu, while other camera settings are in a menu on the live screen view. Ads on the app. A lot of ads, "buy this, upgrade to this, enter to win this."

When the playback works it is great, but in the last few months, it sucks. It won't playback the events, acts like it's loading the playback then gives an error message. What is the point of this app if the camera records but you cannot playback the events it recorded? I have 3 eufy security cameras and wish I could get my money back. There is no consistency in the playback working. Such a waste of money.

Using for over 4 years at 2 houses all types of their cameras. 6 months. Expensive wireless cameras have started to disconnect automatically randomly at both houses. Other people have same issue. Disconnecting, then recharging helps but issue happens within 2 days of charging. Really annoying & time consuming. There is a huge delay in recording in wireless cameras & door bell. You see someone taking away your packages not when they enter the view. Quality is ok. Wired 360 camera are excellent.
