Our driver was great. However, unlike other such apps, I didn't receive an email after the ride asking if I would like to tip him. It turns out I was supposed to tip him on the app during the ride. It would have been good to know this. I apparently could have tipped him after the ride, but I opened the app once too often, and now I can't tip him. So the driver gets a 5, and the app gets a zero.

After all the time wasted and prices changes, it's cheaper to just take a meter taxi or use another app. I spent 2 hours trying to book a taxi. One credit card charges 6 times, another charged twice, no taxi ever booked. By the time I was finally able to confirm a taxi, the price has doubled, plus I had to pay highway tolls since now I was very late after hours of trying to get a taxi. Customer support is all AI so no way to get any help or answers, just unrelated form responses.

My 1st 2 orders, the driver was not at my pickup location. I texted the first driver who told me he couldn't get to my location and that I should go up a ramp. I had no idea what ramp he was talking about, and where I was had a lot of taxis, cars, and city buses. Note, cancelation fee was about the same as the fare, so I realized the scam. He gets paid the same to not pick me up as he would to pick me up and do the ride. Next day, similar thing. Text time, I chose a higher fare, it worked.
