The App has bugs, and the service sucks. So I found that AT&T with all their technology and communication knowhow, cannot get a chat system to allow a simple way to retain a copy of the transcript from a chat agent conversation. I mean how convenient for them that "the transcript function is currently unavailable." I copy/pasted the conversation. That was with the AT&T Rewards Center support, who are just one step away from useless. And the wireless chat support is worse. No options at ALL !

Please look at changing some things on your app. I'm pretty good with apps, but I just spent 20 min trying to look at my most recent bill. I kept tapping on see details to no avail. I don't have any other apps that use a passcode AND password for sign in. The really problematic part is the Google doesn't even get it. As soon as you enter the PC, a Google pop-up asks you if you want to save the updated PASSWORD!! I really could see rethinking that.

Can't download chat transcript via the app due to "You need to give storage permission to download the file." Works fine online and on my old galaxy s22. Doesn't work on app for galaxy s24+. This permission is automatically enabled and is not able to be disabled. No one can seem to figure it out. I've talked to tech support, store agents, and a slew of agents via the chat. I've also un-installed and reinstalled the app and recreated my user name.
