I simply cannot understand why it would log you out each time you use the app. Many times I'm in a new airport and go to show the pass and I have to log in. Except I can't because I have no WiFi since I am in another country. There are many people trying to connect to lunge WiFi trying to login when you could just have it stay logged in. Silly really.

Downloaded the app, created an account on the computer and when trying to log into the app, it says "wrong login credentials" even though I am providing exactly the same credentials I am using for the website (which work fine). Also, I don't see any contact information on the website where I could talk to someone (only FAQs). Simply unusable.

Wish I could give this app and service less than zero stars. App failed to activate for multiple family members so had to go back and forth with support. Login regularly fails to recognize the correct email address or password so you get locked out. Then, if you can even access the app, multiple lounges around the world refuse dragon pass at peak times. Complete waste of time. Don't bother paying for the service.
