The app sucks! Can't even get logged in! I keep an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 different times, restarted my phone, updated, and called customer service 3times as well. So far nothing has helped. I'm actually on the phone on hold waiting for a tech support ticket number. I was told it will take 3-5 days before someone will contact me after they see what's going on (and hopefully fix it). I need to be able to log in so I can use the scanner! Grrrrrr! Very frustrated!

Most recent update absolutely destroyed the search feature. It used to work great, I was able to search different providers without a problem. Now, it doesn't return a result half of the time. I tested it by searching some of my current providers who I know are in-network, and they didn't even show up as a result. Certainly gives the impression that it's pay-to-play for doctors to ensure they are searchable on UHC.

For checking claims etc., this app is fine. However for the rewards it is awful! Doesn't sync consistently and I am not getting credit for a lot of activities that I am completing. Daily activity will not credit for days at a time and re-syncing doesn't help. Sleep tracking pretty much won't sync. Tracker tracked a whole week of sleep over 7 hours but nothing synced to app so I did not get credit that week. Frustrating, and I don't understand why Samsung health (watch) is not an accepted tracker
