Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

I don't like because it's to complicated when I want to do something it locks your account but it has the options for you check certain things when you do it locks it for 24 hours and it's hard to get back in then you have too reset password and that difficult so it's okay to have to keep calling the customer number because they charge you since the government took the value of pennies it's no longer .50 charge. it's okay to use to keep from charging me, but it's hell to get in and stay in.

It doesn't really deserve 1 star! Over half the time, I can't get the app to work and it especially doesn't work after I've locked my card and I'm trying to unlock my card to purchase something. I've checked to see if I need to update the app but no updates are needed. It tells me to go online but the online address is bogus. So, I'm stuck with no way of unlocking my card until it decides it wants to work.

Never consistent. Never available. Unable to process the user's request. When it prompts you to visit the actual site vs the app, it's unsuccessful at logging you in. It's 2025 & I haven't seen any progress on this program since we were converted to it. The options for obtaining information, statements, and assistance (both human & tech) are limited to null. Highly disappointing overall & not worth the space it takes on your PC or mobile device.
