Keep an eye on your home or business while away with mobile management of your security system and compatible smart devices. Arm or disarm your security system, view high-quality live and recorded video, answer the door and greet visitors, unlock/lock doors, turn lights off/on, adjust thermostat temperature, even open or close garage doors from wherever you are. Customize your home with a series of automated actions. Create an exit routine that adjusts the temperature and locks the doors. Or, run a bedtime routine that checks the garage door status, turns on outdoor lights and arms the alarm.

5 years later, same alarm company same terrible app. As bad as it was in 2018. Fed up with this app. It used to work, simple and efficiently. It was updated so users have weather. Weather? Just make it operate arming and disarming my system. I've spent the last several weeks trying to get it to work and it keeps coming back to Honeywell. IPhone, android, it doesn't work right much of the time. This is completely unacceptable for a security system. It is not reliable and is hazardous.

Worked well for a week. The connectivity of this app just gets worse as time goes on. It hardly ever loads my activity or my camera live video if it even lets you log in to begin with. I would give 0 stars if possible. By time I could check this app someone could easily have plenty of time to break in as it takes up an hr at times to get it to load. Update 10/4 the app keeps getting worse. Now my app is arming itself and won't let me disarm it. Panel says disarmed but it is stuck armed.

Like other users, the app recently malfunctioning a lot. Showing disarmed status after successfully arming and vice versa. And THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT RESIDIO TO RESOLVE ISSUES LIKE THIS. You can call any number online and every avenue leads to someone telling you to work with the security company who installed your system. Security technician would need to help you troubleshoot a web app or mobile app issue. It does not go well. So if the app or website can't reliably arm, you are stuck.
