It has one of the worse UI/UX designs I've ever seen. (And I work in IT, so I would know.) None of the screens are self evident. You select files to upload and then look at how to upload them, eventually you realize that you need to click on the 'Select' button to upload files. How is this self evident? You try to upload files. The first time you do it, it is obvious - there is an "Upload Files" button on the upload screen. The second time you try to upload, the button is nowhere to be found!

SO MANY problems with backing up apps could be solved if you could just pick a folder to sync to drive, or have drive make a folder on the phone that's just always synced to the cloud. login from my SMS and call log backup to drive fails, why? who knows, but it's like early-2000's IT problems googlers forgot ever happened and simply stopped solving for. edit: the Dev response below is an insult: no solution exists, they say a platitude and point you at the homepage, just add the feature!!

worst place to store anything. It's east to upload but a little complicated to bring things back. The system doesn't show you a progress bar or what's happening when you do. Files disappeare and reappear. Worst thing is they merged the email into this. Files build up fast without hardly any notification until your space is full. Then you get pounded with notifications to buy more space.
