To use the Kroger app, you'll need a Kroger digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

Have not been able to view the print ad (old ad view) for at least 2 months now. This is out of control & have already contacted customer service & they were supposed to get back & never did. Not sure why it was changed in the first place but every time I try to view it, it's a blank white page. Terrible! & then I go to the website I have to click several places to get to the ad & when I go to my list on my phone it takes hours to make a list as it resets if I leave the web page. please fix it!

Usually no issues. For the last 2 weeks. Can't login, keeps routing back to login/sign in screen. Can't clip coupons. Items not loading. Every item is show unavailable. Coupons won't show at check out. Somthing is wrong. I've been using this app a long time and now I can't even do curbside. I've deleted, uninstalled, and installed the same issues. Please fix I would add a picture if it let me.

Order Details for October 2024 orders do not show. Error message, "We're sorry, something went wrong! Please try again in a few moments". Details for other months do show. Also, some coupons will error with "coupon no longer valid" when trying to checkmark them. This problem started a couple of weeks ago. Overall app experience is slow and clunky. Online shopping is important to me. If the app doesn't significantly improve and bugs fixed soon, I won't be renewing my membership next year.
