• Not sure if you have the Rogers Xfinity Gateway? Visit rogers.com/myrogers and check under “internet”
• Download and install the Rogers Xfinity app on your smartphone
• Launch the app and sign in using your MyRogers username and password
• Select “Remember username” for even faster sign-in next time

This is the worst application I've ever used for two reasons. First, it doesn't work. Like many others I'm stuck in an endless loop, unable to do anything. Clearing cache and reinstalling does nothing. Second, like others have said, there is no reason to disable router functionality and driving people to this garbage application. This is an app in search of a problem to solve. If you're not going to let me use out of the box router functionality, can you at least make sure that your app works???

I shouldn't need to download an app to change settings on a router. The geniuses at Rogers went through the trouble of creating a web UI for their device, only to have it tell me to download this app. Please, stop making mobile apps for things that don't need them. Edit: I solved the issue by putting Rogers' garbage router in bridge mode, using my own router, and deleting this app! Next I'll look into using my own modem too, so I can ditch their hardware completely (and save on the rental fee).

Horrible app doesn't work at all, stuck in a constant loop at the log on screen I keep re-entering my email and password over and over. This is the most useless app I have tried so far, and I was so looking forward to this, very disappointed that the developers have not yet taken the time to resolve this issue. By the way running it on my Android device a samsung S22 or 23. Hopefully someone can take the time to look into this and get it resolved. Thanks
