Say what you will about Xfinity the company, but their app works decently enough. It seems to have the same issues their website does, where it takes a while to load anything. My brother, who works in IT, says it's because the app and website are programmed oddly and load everything, not just the page your on. But keeping things on topic, the app works well enough. Everything I've needed to do, like pay bills and check outages, I've been able to do from the app. Besides slow loading, it works.

Horrible app. Too many annoying ads from them trying to sell unnecessary stuff. What I hate the most is the fact I need a stupid,slow annoying app to edit anything on my router. I should be able to log straight into my router, like almost every other ISP and set it up the way I want and not rely on some app that has insane loading times. If there was another ISP where I live,I'd never get Xfinity again. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in the area and on the base.

This new app is completely unusable. Sends me into an endless 2 step verification loop that just reroutes back to the sign-in screen every time. Yes, it's updated. Complete trash. Update: Can't sign in on the website on any browser either. Enter code from two-step verification, & it reroutes to login screen every time. Comcast is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to have an account with. No option to switch.
