I did a recharge payment on my phone number for which the money was debited from my account but recharge has not been processed. I raised a dispute on GPAY app but still no action has been taken yet. I've been using it from 3 years now and this has been the 1st time I faced this issue. Please look closely into the matter or else I might need to switch to another payment app. Also, I did the recharge on 2nd September 2025!!

It's been over 4 years since the Flutter-based version was released, yet the app still feels very sluggish and jittery even on a flagship phone, especially during scrolling. What pisses me off the most is the fact it nudges me to migrate my UPI Number to GPay every once in a while. Add option to dismiss it permanently. There's also noticeable delay in loading transaction history — fix it. Also, it would be helpful if you could add an option to copy the transaction number to clipboard.

The worst customer service I have ever come across. Like they can't solve a simple issue. Useless fellows all they are saying is that their team has been working for 8 months on a simple issue. If you ever think of using an app. And for the 2nd time I faced the same issue again. Neither I received my money or there is any update from their side.
