My rs199 auto-pay is showing in pending still amount is getting debited every month. And while trying to restore my acc there always shows an error of "Something went wrong." My account is not getting restored and there is also not option of decline or accept the auto-pay. I have updated the app and done everything from my side. This platform is trying to get away from the responsibility. Deeply saddened by the service. Seeking for fair, quick and hurdle free redressel of my grievance.

Recently, I encountered an issue after changing my mobile phone twice. Whenever I install the app using the same mobile number, it automatically links to different email IDs each time and opens a new account without showing my previous transaction history. As a result, there are now two separate transaction histories for the same mobile number and linked bank accounts, but under different email IDs. My concern is — why is an email ID reqrd for a paymnt app whn the mobile nmbr & bank details vrfd

Annoying, how difficult is it to "process" a transaction. Borderline more inconvenient than simply paying with cash! The transaction is either successful or unsuccessful, what's the point of "processing" a transaction when I have to wait until it gives me definitive answer? Now I have to contact the retailer for a refund after the transaction was successful because I already paid in cash.
