So far so good. I've only been a customer for about 3 weeks but so far the free phone they sent me (FOXXD A67L) hasn't had any issues, knock on wood, and the only issue I've had with service is the data is slower than other providers I've had but it's free and it works so I can't complain. Calls and texts have been fine. The phone came activated so I didn't have to do anything except turn it on. I'll update the rating and my review if I encounter issues in the future.

What's the point of offering unlimited data if it's so slow, you can't even get anything done? They sent an email out a few months ago mentioning the improved data speeds. But where? I'm definitely not bragging but I live in a major metropolitan area and it's just as slow as before. And why's it so hard to change my service address in the app? I tried it, but the page is glitched or something and won't process after I hit submit. I know it's free but come on!

Airtalk is hands down the best phone store in the business!! They have the best selection of the best phones and not to mention your first one is free and so is your service!! They have worked with me on a few situations, granted it wasn't their fault. Thank you Airtalk! I appreciate you guys( and no I was not paid for this post in any way, shape or form....just sayin).
