Ratings and reviews

Accessing the advanced settings for 3D printer are broken and gives an error -1 message. Support (when contacted) have done nothing for weeks. Wheb it's not this, it's the app crashing, or settings randomly being reset; eufy cannot be trusted with software / firmware and have continually shown this over the years. I don't know why I even expect improvements and fixes anymore...

I'm using this with the M5. Its lacking in comparison to the windows desktop studio. First, the video sometimes work initially but if the phone goes to sleep or you navigate off the app, the video play/pause button disappears. Then comes printing from a phone is also a bit lacking as there isn't much customization that can be done to the print quality or editing how the file will be processed. Overall, I don't use the app anymore except to monitor the time remaining and the notifications.

Device is great. Software is trash. Owned for less than 24 hours and did 3 successful prints using my app via mobile and download. Now all of a sudden it refuses to download any files and defeats the entire purpose of why I chose this specific machine. Contacted Anker and did all troubleshooting and no resolution. Only works through pc app. Supposedly a tech would get back to me but have heard nothing. I'll be returning this device. Shame.
