I came here to see if Digital Secure was a legitimate app or just bloatware, come to find out it's actually Verizon. I have a notification I can't get rid of that has been telling me since 7/23 than my scan is in progress. Seriously? For a week? I'm guessing it stalled and probably needs to be restarted or needs continous wi-fi access to complete the action. Tough sledding. I live in an area with no WiFi. The only time I have it full time is at work. It should be finished by now. EDIT: fixed it

I don't know where to start. The three-seven email bursts warning my info is on the dark web at late hours or the fact that the e-mails do not work. I'll open the app and it says there is no security breach and nothing is wrong. If you click the links in their emails that say,"help me in the app", instead of opening the app, it will take you here, to the Google play landing page. Their app seems so critical and important, yet it fails to function AT ALL for it's real purpose. Comes with verizon

Dashboard page is blank. My husband's pulls up fine on his phone. Been this way for as long as I can remember and I'm getting so tired of it. We both have the exact same phone and on the same account. Why is my dashboard page blank. The services and settings page shows up just fine. And now the account page on the my Verizon app won't pull up, claims it's having trouble connecting. Between this and the constant price increases this year I'm just about over Verizon after over 10 years.
