Ratings and reviews

The general function of the product and camera itself works pretty well. However, the app accociated with it can be a little buggy as well as constant connectivity issues for both just looking at the camera as well as retrieving saved clips. Otherwise, works as intended.

The camera hardware is pretty decent, but the app is trash. It either sends no notification or sends too many notifications. And it cannot detect whether you are at home or not and turn of notifications and/or camera accordingly. So I got MANY notification about my dog is moving when I'm at home. Yes, I know. I am right here!

Google Search 'Eufy Privacy Concerns'. It's funny they added that "decrypting files" animation right after they got caught doing the exact opposite. I don't believe it for a second. The app is just a buggy mess now. Videos that were already recorded will disappear from the app in 2 weeks even though you turned off the camera and aren't recording anymore. New videos disappear after a day. The videos that are disappearing are still there because the storage space hasn't changed with the camera off
