I really hate to have to leave this review I have used the card for years and loved it. I had never.had.any problems with the app until a couple of days ago. I really hated having to go on the app to put my points for my $1s off in my wallet. Buy as long as it worked it was ok. Now the app won't work at all, it won't even open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times and it still won't open, so there is no way I can get my dollars off add to my wallet so I can't use them. FIX!!!

After years of utilizing the card frequently, the app works and registers points about 2% of the time. Clunky & poorly designed, makes it almost impossible to access your points and use at the store. They've added about 17 steps to validate points. Honestly, at this point, I'd rather just pay full price for gas than spend 25 minutes at the register while both the clerk and I try to get the stupid app to work. Far worse than any other "rewards card" for gas stations, and it used to be the best.

So far I enjoy this app. Its user friendly. Everything you need to know is at your fingertips. The only thing I'm not liking is the "turn location services" on every 5-10 seconds. I keep hitting "No" and even the "do not ask again" button, yet it continues. I have no problem telling my location, I just dont want any tracking on my phone if possible.
