I was happy to buy the weeklong passes for my trip but the screen rarely displayed the 5 passes nicely. Instead I regularly got Error an unexpected error has occurred. On one hand I laughed because it was most decidedly an expected error. On the other hand, the ferry attendants were getting sick of me on this vacation. If I closed every other app on my phone I could sometimes get the screen to come up but with all the times I tried, it worked maybe 3 times.

This app doesn't work. Thought it would be nice to take the ferry. Won't allow to purchase tickets. Doesn't seem to have a full schedule. There are only 1-2 ferries per day from my location. Who leaves work by 3pm in Manhattan? App doesn't seem to recognize my location. Would be nice if they had an interactive map of ferry routes and shuttle bus routes. This app doesn't have much in it. What it does have, doesn't seem to work well. Uninstalling now.

First, please stop asking for feedback in the app, since the form submission doesn't work. The app is very convenient, but there are a few bugs. If you don't have a data connection, it often doesn't know that you have tickets even if you don't save your tickets to the cloud. Also, if you don't exit properly, the app ends up in a weird state where, the next time you go to use a ticket, you think you're at the activation screen but you can't activate any tickets.
